“De Ceuvel” in Amsterdam is a modern playground for sustainability and circular activities. The local restaurant (Café De Ceuvel) has come up with the idea to realize an anaerobic digester installation on a boat near the restaurant. The digester installation is designed and built by Enki Energy. This installation will turn kitchen waste (swill) into biogas. This biogas will be used by the restaurant for cooking.
